📅 Return Window – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, only in cases of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

⚠️ Important Regarding Sizing
All our products are made to order, and we provide detailed size guides to help you choose the correct fit.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
